This is not a gown pulled from a rack and taken in. It was drafted, boned, beaded and built — the same way every dress that leaves the studio is built. Karmen trained in the Istanbul workrooms and now cuts and hand-finishes each piece herself in a private Dallas–Fort Worth atelier.

Four stages.
Consultation
Private appointment. Vision, venue, date, measurements. You leave with a real price.
The Muslin
A full mock-up in cotton, fitted on you. Nothing expensive is risked on a guess.
Fittings
Three to five, spaced out so the gown tracks your body as the date approaches.
Collection
Hand-finishing, final press, and a bustle lesson. Usually ready ahead of schedule.
